Got Biddeford full size electric blanket for Christmas. Seam in fabric is loose and wire sticking out after 5 days normal use.

Emailed customer service this morning no response by evening. Most companies at least send an auto reply to let me know when to expect service and provide receipt of email.

Took my 2nd one back to target w receipt and got a full refund lessthan a week use and it caught fire!
