I took the blanket out of the box. Although it is brand new, it does not work. I think the issue may be with the controller.

My Biddeford blanket is as excellent as their customer service and shipping. I do not know when in my 82 years that I have had anything I have appreciated and enjoyed as much as my plus electric blanket I have had for 15 years.
Customer service is always kind, thoughtful, clear communicating and responsive. I am very pleased and impressed.

I used my throw numerous times, I went to plug it in yesterday, and it wouldn't turn on. I tried to go to the website and I get an error page, there were several websites I was redirected to, none helped me with the "5-YEAR WARRANTY!"
I attempted to call the number listed online, and in the manual "800-789-****" The first time I called, it went to a prize redemption center, I called back, and she just hung up.
I called back again, and the lady for the prize redemption center said, "yes she could help me" When I told her I didn't want any prize redemption, I wanted to speak to someone about the warranty for this throw blanket that I have. I received the blanket as a gift from my grandchildren, who both I might add, spent their hard-earned money to get this gift for me by doing chores, and various things around their home. Furthermore, I'm extremely pissed off, because it looks like there's no way I'm going to get a replacement!
If anybody has had success with this company, please get in touch with me some way! I do NOT have a receipt either!

My son got a biddeford heated throw for his birthday on October 11 2024. He had used it several times during the month.
We have not washed it or anything. Tonight i went to turn it on & everything looks ok for about 3 seconds and the top red light then starts blinking. I have done some research and think it could be a bad coil or something like that even there is no physical damage at all. I would like to have it replaced based on the warranty.
Please get back with me soon as possible. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
