Replacement controle. Still can’t get through
I have a controller on a king size bed pad and the one controller has gone bad. It keeps reading E error message.
I went through all the reset opinions on the website and still get the error message. The pad was a gift from last Christmas and I want to replace the controller.
Please advise me of my options. Also you should no that i feel this is a *** poor method of customer service and my controller is one of the square models

I have emailed several different addresses and tried calling and reached out to Biddeford numerous ways. ALL HAVE COME BACK AS UNABLE TO BE REACHED!
None of the phone numbers work, the street addresses are not valid and the email addresses are non-existent!
I have a queen size heated mattress pad that is less than a year old that broke for no reason and it has a 5 yr warranty, but there is no way to collect on that when there is no actual company! Would have been safer to order off TEMU!
Do not purchase anything from Biddeford!
They are not actually a business you can reach!

Electric blanket control won’t turn on
Got disconnected right from the start. My brother gave me my mom's electric blanket after she passed and said it would be a good reminder of her.
I did use it last year; it worked fine.
Now this year, I used it twice and now it won't turn on. Someone, please return my phone call and help me with this problem.

I am writing again because my replacement blanket isn't working now. I'm not sure if I'm really the unluckiest person in the world or if there is a huge problem with your product.
I bought the heated blanket because I get cold very easily, and I need it to stay warm without having to turn the heat on while everyone else gets hot. Can I please get another blanket or a refund? I spent too much money on this blanket for it to not work.

The first time it happened, they did send me a new which I was thankful for but then the same thing happened only a few months later. So be very cautious about but a blanket from them.
